We want to help you grow and advance in your career with us, using our career development programme to guide your journey. The programme includes your training plans, your scheduled reviews, hands-on mentorship, and your key development milestones. All backed by a management team that will support you every step of the way.
The first 90-days in any new job can be tough, but here they guide you through. They’ve thought of everything. Just follow the programme and you’ll be supported the whole way.
Inna Strukova, Machine Setter, Keltech
The programme has been carefully developed by blending positive psychology with career development. Applying the Concepts of Flow Theory, Self-Determination Theory, and Broaden-and-Build Theory to daily operations and employee engagement, we mapped out a clear programme for progression and development.
After your onboarding process, the first 90-days are anchored with bi-weekly, face-to-face meetings with your manager, and your initial training. The meetings include progressive performance reviews, with managers helping to support your Keltech immersion. We set clear and fair targets that match your ability level, while focusing on your job satisfaction.
After your first 90-days, the programme extends to 90-weeks. You’ll continue with regular face-to-face meetings with your manager, but you’ll have far greater responsibility and autonomy. Together, we’ll agree on your key milestones and set dates for your evaluations and reviews.
As you settle into your role, we want to acknowledge your hard work, your achievements, and your integration with the team. You can earn badges as rewards for training completed, high attendance, performance commendation, and more. And we’ll work with you to identify opportunities for further progression at Keltech.
After progressing through all the previous steps, there is a clear pathway towards a leadership role. If you have the ambition and desire, we’ll support you as you seek to progress. Typical leadership roles include line leader and production manager.
I started as a welder in 2003. Since then I’ve worked my way up through team lead, shift manager, production manager and now operation manager. It’s been a great journey, and the support you get here is second to none. If you have the desire, the team will back you every step of the way.
